CrossFit Charity Challenge

 

On the 24th August 2019 CrossFit Wolverhampton took on the charity challenge of completing 1 CrossFit workout every hour, for 12 hours. 

 

PhysioX was on hand to help the athletes stay on top form throughout the day. Checkout these workouts....
